Football club “Zira” has traveled to Croatia for the return leg of the 2nd qualifying round of the Conference League against “Hajduk”.
According to qol.az, two key players of the team will not be joining the squad for the match.
These are central defender Anje Mutsinzi and midfielder Brahim Konate.
Mutsinzi will miss the game due to document issues. He could not travel to Croatia as he did not receive a visa. The club’s press service leader, Elmar Abdullazade, confirmed this information.
He also mentioned that B. Konate, who got injured in the first match against “Hajduk”, will also miss the game. The current condition of the player does not allow him to participate in the return leg.
It is worth noting that the match between “Zira” and “Hajduk” in Baku ended in a 1-1 draw.
The return leg between the teams will take place on July 31 in Split, with a kickoff at 23:00 Baku time.
