As of July 21, the wholesale price of a 50-kilogram sack of flour in Azerbaijan ranged between 25.8 and 28 manats, according to the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Market Control under the President of Azerbaijan.
In Baku and the Absheron region, prices hovered around 26.5 to 27.3 manats. The lowest price nationwide was recorded in the Shabran district at 25.8 manats, while the highest was in Ganja at 28 manats.
Authorities noted that prices have remained unchanged since July 17, reflecting continued market stability in one of the country’s key staple goods.
The agency emphasized that it will continue monitoring prices to ensure transparency in the food supply chain and to prevent speculative practices in essential commodities such as flour.
