Baku, August 22 — Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to Mehriban Aliyeva, First Vice-President of Azerbaijan, on the occasion of her birthday.
In his letter, Putin extended wishes of good health, happiness, and continued success in her public service. He also conveyed his greetings to President Ilham Aliyev and the Aliyev family.
