BUDAPEST, July 19 — Two members of Azerbaijan’s Greco-Roman wrestling team claimed bronze medals at an international ranking tournament held in the Hungarian capital.
As reported by Report, five Azerbaijani wrestlers took to the mat on the third day of competition. Ruslan Nurullayev (72 kg) and Islam Abbasov (87 kg) both secured third-place finishes, adding to the country’s medal count.
The Budapest tournament is part of the global wrestling ranking series and features elite athletes from across the world.
