BAKU — September 2, 2025. Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Youth and Sports has published its national athlete rankings as of September 1. Judoka Zelim Tskaev tops the table with 330 points, followed by Olympic champion Zelim Kotsoev on 320 and judoka Eljan Hajiev on 310.
