A Hungarian tourist was nearly frozen after getting stranded in heavy snowfall while driving back from the mountain village of Khinalig in Azerbaijan’s Guba district.
According to the Guba Regional Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the tourist became stuck in a Hyundai vehicle near the village of Gymyl as snowfall intensified and road conditions deteriorated.
Police and local emergency teams provided immediate assistance.
