BAKU, Aug. 18, 2025 — Azerbaijan’s reigning champions Qarabağ FK have departed for Hungary ahead of their UEFA Champions League play-off first leg against local side Ferencváros.
According to the club’s press office, head coach Gurban Gurbanov will speak at a press conference tonight at 21:00 Baku time, followed by an open training session at 21:30.
The first leg between Ferencváros and Qarabağ will kick off on August 19 at 23:00 Baku time in Budapest. The return fixture is scheduled for August 27 at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium in Baku, with play starting at 20:45.
