Armenia and Azerbaijan have achieved remarkable progress on the path to peace. This once again reminds us of the power of diplomacy,” Fearon said.

She noted that earlier in the week, in line with a ministerial decision, the OSCE formally closed the Minsk Process, which had long served as the organization’s mediation platform on the conflict.

Fearon emphasized that diplomacy and dialogue remain the strongest tools for ensuring peace and security in the region, underscoring the momentum generated by the latest bilateral steps between Baku and Yerevan.
