It is worth noting that on January 12, 2025, Ronen Kraus, the director of the Eurasia Department of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was appointed as the new ambassador to Azerbaijan. He succeeded George Dick in the position of ambassador to Azerbaijan.
