Baku, August 18, 2025 — Azerbaijani mixed martial artist Nazim Sadykhov is expected to step into the octagon against Brazil’s Renato Moicano at the upcoming UFC Rio event on October 11.
The matchup, reported by Oxu.Az, would mark Sadykhov’s return since his last fight in Baku, where he secured a victory over fellow Brazilian Nikolas Motta.
Moicano, meanwhile, has had a difficult run this year. He has fought twice in 2025, losing both bouts. Earlier in the year, he faced Islam Makhachev, suffering a knockout defeat in the opening round.
