Baku, August 10 – Azerbaijani Premier League club Gabala FK has signed Spanish midfielder Jaime Sierra on a two-year contract, the club announced on its official website.
The 27-year-old is a product of Real Madrid’s youth academy and most recently played for Croatian side Varaždin.
Sierra came through the youth systems of Carabanchel, Real Madrid, and Valencia. In his professional career, he has represented Spain’s Leganés, Logroñés, Cultural Leonesa, Atlético Baleares, and Belgium’s Deinze before moving to Croatia.
