A new video has surfaced online allegedly showing another lavish seaside property belonging to former Presidential Administration head Ramiz Mehdiyev.

The footage was released by former MP Etibar Huseynov, who said the villa is located in the resort area of Nabran.
According to Huseynov, the four-story residence sits on nearly 2 hectares of land along the Caspian coast. He claims the villa was built in 2012 by former Khachmaz district executive head Shamsaddin Khanbabayev and later presented to Mehdiyev as a gift.
“The villa has four floors, a swimming pool and a sports area in the yard,” Huseynov said.
He added that local residents told him Mehdiyev typically visited the property during the summer months:
“Evening gatherings were reportedly held there, with well-known singers taking part,” Huseynov noted.
