Brussels, August 8 – The European Union has welcomed the initialing of the Agreement on Peace and the Establishment of Interstate Relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
The statement came in a joint declaration by European Council President António Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
