BAKU, July 26, 2025 — The total volume of individual deposits in Azerbaijani banks reached 15.437 billion manats as of July 1, 2025, according to data reported by Trend.
This marks an increase of 374 million manats (2.5%) compared to June 1, and a year-on-year growth of 1.2 billion manats (8.8%).
Of the total, 10.444 billion manats were held in the national currency, while 4.993 billion manats were in foreign currencies.
Deposits in manats rose by 308 million (3%) in one month and by 1.074 billion (11.5%) over the year.
Foreign currency deposits saw more modest growth, rising by 66 million manats (1.3%) in June and by 182 million manats (3.8%) year-on-year.
