Users of the Bolt ride-hailing app in Azerbaijan have recently faced growing difficulties when booking taxis, Oxu.Az reports.
Drivers working with the platform say they are frustrated by what they describe as excessive discounts offered by the company to passengers. According to them, trips originally priced at 15 manats can drop to just 6 manats after the discount is applied.
Some drivers admitted that if, upon contacting a passenger, they learn the discount exceeds 2 manats, they simply cancel the ride.
