BAKU, July 24 — The Baku City Education Department has announced the launch of the enrollment process for kindergartens in the capital for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Starting July 25 at 11:00 a.m., parents will be able to register their children in an online queue system for admission to preschools in Baku. Queues for children born in 2020 and 2021 will open at 11:00 a.m., while registration for children born in 2022, 2023, and 2024 will begin at 3:00 p.m. the same day.
Parents are allowed to select up to three preschool institutions per child when joining the queue through the electronic system. Once spaces become available, the queue will convert into an official application request no earlier than five days later.
After the request is activated, the parent or legal guardian must submit the required documents to the selected institution within seven days. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the request, and the spot will be offered to the next child in line.
