The Ministry of Agriculture announced that the Agrarian Subsidy Council has approved the measure. Under the rules governing the allocation of farmland in formerly occupied villages and settlements, both the sowing coefficient and planting subsidies will be increased by 50 percent for residents who have returned to live and farm there.
