Azerbaijan’s Interior Ministry has issued a statement after photos circulated online showing vehicles with diplomatic license plates violating traffic rules in Baku.
The ministry told Report that traffic regulations apply to all vehicles without exception – including private cars, government vehicles and those belonging to foreign embassies.
“All recorded violations are documented and the corresponding notifications are sent,” the ministry said.
