BAKU, August 15 — Azerbaijan produced 1,862.7 kilograms of gold and 2,533.5 kilograms of silver in January–July 2025, according to the State Statistics Committee.
Gold production rose 49.2% year-on-year, while silver output increased by 32.9%. As of August 1, the country’s finished product reserves stood at 167.5 kilograms of gold and 577.3 kilograms of silver.
In 2024, Azerbaijan’s total production reached 2,663.5 kilograms of gold and 3,184.9 kilograms of silver. The latest figures indicate strong growth in the mining sector, with gold output on track to surpass last year’s total well before year-end.
