Azerbaijani karateka Irina Zaretska has secured a bronze medal at the World Karate Championships held in the Egyptian capital.
According to Report, Zaretska competed in the – 68 kg weight category, delivering a strong performance that placed her among the top athletes of the tournament.
The gold medal was claimed by Talia Sombre of France, while Michell Fonseca Romero of Puerto Rico took silver. The second bronze medal in the category went to Anastasia Veloso.
