Azerbaijan Wins 3×3 Basketball World Series Stage

The Azerbaijani women’s national 3×3 basketball team has triumphed at the Sumgait stage of the FIBA 3×3 Women’s Series.

As reported by Report, under the leadership of head coach Ratomir Delić, the team defeated Latvia 15–12 in a tense final match.

In the quarterfinals, Azerbaijan overcame China with a score of 18–12, then went on to beat Romania’s “Rapid” team 21–15 in the semifinals.

During the group stage, the Azerbaijani team secured convincing victories over the Czech Republic (20–12) and Slovakia (21–8).
