Georgia imported 1.3 million tons of petroleum products worth $972 million between January and September 2025, according to the country’s National Statistics Office.
While the import value fell by 1 percent year-on-year, the volume rose 10 percent, driven by lower global fuel prices in the first half of the year.
Azerbaijan remained one of Georgia’s key suppliers, exporting 95,200 tons of petroleum products worth $66 million during the reporting period.
