Baku, August 10 – From 2018 through the first half of 2025, industrial zones under the jurisdiction of the Economic Zones Development Agency of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy have produced vehicles worth a total of 518 million manats.
In just the first six months of 2025, the Hajigabul Industrial Park turned out 1,928 cars valued at 59 million manats, while the Neftchala Industrial District produced 1,165 vehicles worth 16.6 million manats. This marks an almost 80% increase in car production compared to the same period last year.
According to the agency, models manufactured during this period included Chevrolet, Isuzu, VGV, UAZ, Lada, Khazar, JAC, Bestune, and others.
