According to Khazar TV, Jalya Aliyeva, deputy chair of the Milli Majlis committee on family, women, and children, said the new bill would keep the length of leave unchanged at 14 working days but make it paid.
Aliyeva stressed that the measure is intended to strengthen families and promote a more equal sharing of parental responsibilities.
