Baku, August 18, 2025 — Russian astrologer and tarot practitioner Violetta Zhuravleva has described Azerbaijan as a “portal of strength” following her first retreat in Baku. Speaking in an interview to Media.Az, she emphasized the unique energy of the country and its significance for those seeking balance and spiritual renewal.
Zhuravleva noted that she was particularly struck by the atmosphere of historical and natural sites such as the fire temple of Ateshgah and the ever-burning mountain of Yanardag.
“You feel the centuries-old force of this land. The energy here is unlike anywhere else,” she said.

During her stay, the astrologer also visited Shamakhi, Sheki, and Gabala, describing them as “special places of power.” She added that Azerbaijan’s hospitality, cuisine, and cultural richness make it an ideal setting for transformative retreats.
According to Zhuravleva, she plans to return to Baku for further programs, convinced that the country can become a leading destination for spiritual and wellness tourism.
