Armenia’s defense outlays will never reach the scale of Azerbaijan’s, Deputy Defense Minister Hrachya Sargsyan said, according to local media.
He added it remains unclear whether the Defense Ministry’s allocation will be reduced in the 2026 state budget, but said the ministry will operate in 2026 “by the same logic” as in 2024–2025.
