Baku, August 30, 2025 — President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in the People’s Republic of China on a working visit at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
The Azerbaijani head of state, accompanied by First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, landed at Tianjin’s Binhai International Airport, where an honor guard was lined up in his honor.
Welcoming the President and First Lady were China’s Minister of Industry and Information Technology Li Lecheng and other senior officials.
