BAKU, August 30 — Azerbaijan will host multinational special forces exercises next month under the banner “Infinite Brotherhood”, with participation from Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and Qatar.
The announcement was made by Azerbaijan’s First Deputy Defense Minister and Chief of the General Staff, Karim Valiyev, during a reception in Baku marking Turkey’s Victory Day on August 30, Report reported.
Valiyev stressed that the achievements of Azerbaijan and Turkey in the field of defense “further strengthen military unity and make a significant contribution to maintaining peace and stability in the region.”
