Starlink Azerbaijan LLC will be required to provide a comprehensive report covering multiple aspects of its operations, according to the Information and Communication Technologies Agency (ICTA) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
The announcement followed an online meeting between ICTA representatives and Starlink officials, including the company’s Director of Market Access, Rebecca Hunter, and Starlink Azerbaijan representatives.
During the session, regulators briefed Starlink on ICTA’s mandate and discussed the structure of mandatory reporting, submission procedures, and compliance requirements. Starlink representatives were also given an overview of Azerbaijan’s telecommunications landscape and had their technical and regulatory questions addressed.
