Yerevan, August 10 – Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan says that the initialing of the Peace and Interstate Relations Agreement at the White House marks the beginning of a new stage in institutionalizing peace in the South Caucasus.
Speaking to Armenian media, Mirzoyan announced that the text of the agreement will be published tomorrow, expressing confidence that its release will put an end to ongoing speculation.
“On August 11, as agreed with the Azerbaijani side, the text of the initialed treaty will be published. From that moment, in the spirit of common sense, all speculation should simply stop,” the minister said.
