Residents of Azerbaijan’s industrial parks have saved more than 520 million manats in total since the introduction of tax and customs incentives, according to the country’s Economic Zones Development Agency.
In the first half of 2025 alone, companies saved over 14 million manats through exemptions from import VAT and customs duties. Since the program began, 1,746 official certificates granting these benefits have been issued, including 144 in January–June this year.
Under current regulations, industrial park residents are exempt from property, land, and profit taxes, as well as VAT and customs duties on imported machinery, technological equipment, and installations used for production purposes, for a period of 10 years from the date of registration.
