What Does It Mean?

The new data highlights how Baku’s urban core is increasingly concentrated, especially in districts like Nasimi, where demand for housing and services continues to rise. The strain on transport, infrastructure, and public services is growing in central areas.

Meanwhile, outlying districts like Garadagh and Khazar offer room for expansion and may be key to future urban development and decentralization efforts.
