In the first half of this year, 1,080 Azerbaijani citizens officially registered marriages with foreign nationals or stateless individuals.
The figures were confirmed by the press service of the Ministry of Justice in response to a query from Report.
Men accounted for the majority of international marriages, with 599 grooms, while 481 Azerbaijani women married foreign nationals.
