In June 2025, average prices for non-residential properties across all districts of Baku saw significant increases compared to the same period in 2024.

This was reported by the Chairman of the Azerbaijan Appraisers Society, Vugar Oruj.

According to him, the sharpest increase in prices was recorded for non-residential properties in the Narimanov district of the capital. Here, the average price per square meter of non-residential space rose by 20%, reaching 5,525 manats.

Additionally, the average price in the Yasamal district of Baku increased by 19%, amounting to 7,992 manats, while in the Nasimi district, it rose by 19% to 5,056 manats.

In the Sabail district, prices went up by 16%, reaching 8,012 manats.

In the Nizami district, the increase was 14%, bringing the average price to 4,042 manats, while in the Sabunchu district, the price increased by 12%, reaching 4,552 manats.

In the Khatai district, the rise was 11%, reaching 6,002 manats, and in the Khazar district, the increase was 11% to 2,223 manats.

In Binagadi district, prices grew by 10%, reaching 3,512 manats, while in Surakhani, prices rose by 8%, totaling 3,002 manats.

In Garadagh district, the increase was 6.5%, bringing the price to 2,002 manats, and in Pirallahi district, the growth was 5%, reaching 1,980 manats.
