The Novosibirsk Academic Youth Theatre “Globus” has canceled upcoming performances by the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theatre, originally scheduled as part of Russia’s federal “Big Tours” program.
According to an official statement released by the theatre’s press service, the productions of “Monsieur Jordan the Botanist and Dervish Mastalishah the Famous Sorcerer” and Shakespeare’s “Hamlet”—slated for September 28 and 29, respectively—will no longer take place.
