Azerbaijani champions Qarabağ FK have officially announced the signing of midfielder Kris Kouakou, strengthening their squad ahead of the upcoming season.
The 25-year-old Ivorian plays in a central midfield role and most recently represented Mafra, a club in Portugal’s second division.
During the last season, Kouakou made 32 league appearances, scoring 2 goals. His addition is expected to add depth and physicality to Qarabağ’s midfield lineup as the club prepares for domestic competition and potential European campaigns.
