The United States has reiterated its commitment to supporting defense sector reforms in Armenia, according to Armenian media reports.
During a meeting with Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan, U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien confirmed Washington’s readiness to deepen cooperation in the defense sphere.
The two sides discussed the current state and future prospects of bilateral defense ties, noting the high level of engagement between Yerevan and Washington. The talks also addressed regional and international security challenges, underscoring the strategic dimension of the growing U.S.-Armenia partnership.
