Baku, July 10 — In the first five months of 2025, retail sales of alcohol and tobacco products in Azerbaijan reached 1.296 billion manats, according to new data from the State Statistics Committee.
The figure represents a 0.4% increase compared to the same period last year, indicating stable demand across the country’s consumer market.
The modest growth suggests a steady but slow trend in alcohol and tobacco consumption, as regulatory measures and health awareness campaigns continue to shape consumer behavior.
