President Ilham Aliyev said he is confident that there will be no further war, addressing residents of the villages of Ashaghy Oratag, Chyldyran, Heyvali and Chapar in the Agdere district.
According to the president, reconstruction efforts have continued in the region since 2023, alongside the return of residents. He noted that tens of thousands of people are already living and working in the formerly affected territories, with the resettlement process ongoing.
