Baku is preparing for one of the season’s brightest cultural events. From December 13 to January 11, the Chinese Circus troupe will perform in Azerbaijan for the first time, bringing its New Year production “Santa and the Golden Dragon” to the Circus Sea Breeze arena.
The show merges classical Chinese acrobatics, Shaolin discipline, aerial and balance acts, and large-scale acrobatic pyramids. The production is built around a modern visual concept, featuring holograms, animation, and 7D effects designed to create an immersive holiday atmosphere.
Following an annual tradition, show organizer Allahverdi Israfilov will dedicate the first performances to children from vulnerable groups – including children without parental care, children of fallen soldiers and veterans, and children with disabilities. The initiative aims to offer festive joy and support to those who need it most during the New Year season.
Tickets are currently available at a single promotional price of 15 AZN until November 30. To make attendance easier, organizers will provide a shuttle service from Koroğlu metro station to Circus Sea Breeze and back.
