A total of 16,152 foreigners and stateless persons applied to the State Migration Service (SMS) of Azerbaijan in October regarding registration at their place of stay, the Service told Report.
According to the data:
7,935 people applied for the issuance and extension of residence permits,

643 people applied for the issuance and extension of work permits in Azerbaijan.
The figures reflect continued high activity among foreign nationals residing, working, or planning long-term stays in the country.
