The average pension in Azerbaijan is expected to reach 579.2 manats in 2026, according to the draft state budget for the coming year, Report says.
This figure represents a 7.9% increase compared to the projected average for 2025, which stands at 537 manats.
The document also cites data from the Ministry of Economy, which forecasts nominal wage growth of 9.2% in 2025.

Based on these projections, the annual financial burden of pension indexation in 2026 is expected to reach 635.59 million manats.
