Prominent Azerbaijani lawyer Zabil Gahramanov has been detained in the city of Ganja, according to reports from APA.
Sources say Gahramanov was taken into custody on Wednesday by officers of the Ganja City Police Department.
The reason for his detention has not yet been disclosed.

Earlier, the Bar Association of Azerbaijan had suspended Gahramanov’s legal practice for six months by a decision of its Presidium.
