Ersin Tatar, President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan on October 6–7, the TRNC’s representative in Baku, Ufuk Turganer, told Report.
During his visit, Tatar is set to participate in the 12th summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), which will convene in the city of Gabala.
Northern Cyprus has held observer status in the OTS since 2022, and Tatar’s participation is expected to underscore the entity’s growing engagement within the Turkic world.
