Armenia’s National Security Service director Andranik Simonyan has arrived in Baku at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Armenian media reported. The flight from Yerevan took about 50 minutes.
Simonyan is slated to attend the 3rd Baku International Security Forum from September 19–21, according to earlier announcements.
