Azerbaijan Records $2.8 Billion Capital Outflow in First Half of 2025

Azerbaijan posted a negative capital balance of about $2.8 billion in the first half of this year, the Central Bank said on Wednesday.

Samir Nasirov, head of the bank’s statistics department, told a press conference that the outflow was mainly linked to an increase in the country’s net financial assets.
